I met Sahaja Yoga in 1998 (when I was 36) without knowing what yoga was all about and how to balance our energy and energy centres. I got interested rightaway and started some of the exercises and already a week later the nurse at my work asked me why I was not visiting her to have my blood pressure checked anymore - because for more than a year and a half I had been suffering from low blood pressure and the doctors I was visiting at that time, could not find any specific reason. They all thought it was due to STRESS! Since then I have experienced quite a lot and I have learned the technigues to keep myself balanced and calm.
